Thanks for the post! My doctor told me that I wasnot getting enough Vitamin D so he told me to go outside in the sun more and sure enough my Vitamin D levels went back up to normal.

Great information here - so many people stay away from the sun because we have been scared away by all of the skin cancer warnings.. And while they are not to be taken lightly, we DO need a little bit of that Vitamin D to keep healthy. -Lina
