Skipping meal to reduce fat is also not a reasonable option as it slows metabolism of the body which deteriorate health. There are some foods which burn more calories in your body than they actually provide. Including these foods in your daily diet can be an excellent choice if you want to burn excess fat from your body.

Foods That Burn Fat:

Vitamin C rich Fruits: The fruits that are rich in vitamin C are immensely helpful in burning body fat. Vitamin C stimulates the carnitine amino acid which increases the fat-burning process of the body. The fruits that are rich in Vitamin C are Lemons, Oranges, Grapes, Papaya, Tomato and Lime.

Apple: Apple is an excellent fruits which hinder fat-absorption-process of body cells. It also encourages water absorption of the cells, which prevents fat deposition in the body.

Green Tea: Green tea is used from centuries in Japan for its health benefits. The compound called EGCG found in green tea is responsible for increasing metabolism of the body which in turns up the fat-burning process of the body.

Chilies: Studies reveal that chilies assist in metabolism and burn few calories when you eat chili.

Curry Leaf: Curry leafs are extremely useful in flushing out fat as well as toxins from the body.

Honey: Consuming honey daily is very useful in reducing fat. Taking honey and lemon with a glass of water daily in the morning helps in burning the excess fat deposits of the body.

Proteins: Proteins are excellent food if you want to reduce your belly fat. Unlike carbohydrates, Proteins digest slowly and provide fewer calories. High-protein/low-carbohydrate diet is always advised by dietician for reducing body fat.

Eggs: Eggs are rich in Vitamin B12, which helps the body in breaking down the fat.

Water: Other than these foods, you should drink plenty of water daily to reduce fat deposition in body cells. Water also keeps your body hydrated and refreshed.

Kiwi fruit is a very healthy fruit. It rich of vitamin C, vitamin E and a small percentage of vitamin A.It percentage of vitamin C is much higher than Orange.

Proteins are a good choice for burning calories due to the fact that it takes more energy for the stomach to digest foods that are high in protein.

Great list of quality foods. Jenkins, true about the protein, just got to make sure you are not eating too much saturated fats with your red meats. I try to limit my red meat intake to 1-2 times a week. Great post! How To Flatten Your Stomach Fast
